A graduate of a School of Engineering in Bio-industry (EBI) with a Master's degree in Marketing, Stéphanie has held operational medical-marketing and regulatory positions in the health industry for 14 years. In 2011, she joined an international search firm with a strong knowledge of the HealthTech and Healthcare sectors, then ANTENOR in 2014. Stéphanie's dual skills in science and human resources enable her to support and advise her clients in the acquisition and management of middle and executive talent in the Healthcare ecosystem (Management, Marketing & Sales, Medical Affairs, Production, R&D, etc.). She works in France and internationally for multinational groups, startups, biotech companies and SMEs. Her areas of focus are Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Imaging, Scientific Instrumentation, Biotechnology, Chemicals and Cosmetics. Stéphanie is also involved in development plans and the assessment of high potentials. Stéphanie speaks fluent English and works with headhunting in France and abroad.

Jessica is a Senior Consultant at Antenor and has over 13 years of experience in executive and middle management search in the life sciences and healthcare markets, particularly in the medtech, biotech, scientific instrumentation and health tech segments. Her passion for human relations, medical technology and life sciences within start-ups, SMEs and multinational groups gives her a broad know-how of various business and human resources issues. She works on middle management and executive searches in France and internationally. She has recruited and supported candidates on all continents, and particularly on the European market. With a dual French-Scandinavian background, she is trilingual in English-French-Swedish with a very good understanding of Norwegian and Danish. She also provides consulting and talent management services to her candidates and clients within regarding for example for mobility and management of high-potentials topics. She holds a Masters 1 in Human Resources and a Masters 2 in Organisational Management and International Business.

Claire holds a Masters 2 in Mediation and Business Management. After studying political science and crisis management, she gained experience in recruitment and project management in the healthcare industry. She is French-Swiss and has lived in several countries such as the United States, UK, Canada and Uruguay. She is trilingual in French, English and Spanish. After graduating from a business school, Bénédicte worked for 15 years in scientific and medical publications and healthcare communication groups, in managerial and development director positions. In 2014, she moved into human resources consulting and joined a recruitment firm specialising in the healthcare industry. She joined ANTENOR in 2021. She supports and advises her clients: SMEs, start-up, biotech and international group with direct approach recruitment, assessment and coaching of executives and managers. The segments in which she operates are Life sciences, Diagnostics, Instrumentation, Biotechnology, Chemicals and Animal Health. After graduating from the Ecole Supérieure de Vente and spending 6 years in the sale of products and technical services in the pharmaceutical industry, Frédéric has been working in the field of HR services for the last 15 years, particularly in recruitment, managing recruitment agencies and direct approach agencies. She works in the field of Medical Device, Imaging, HomeCare and also Cosmetics. Her expertise enables her to support her partners with expert, executive and managerial profiles for headquarters, the field or on industrial sites.
